The skills and training gained from RCCT are largely transferable to careers in Consulting, Investment Banking, and many more.
Our hiring cycles take place on a semi-annual basis and includes three rounds.
Primarily for first years. Invitational interviews will be given to select upper years.

Frequently asked questions
What is the commitment like?
Members are expected to commit at least 3 hours a week to our meetings. Oftentimes, additional hours will be required to spend on completing deliverables, or competing at case competitions. If you are selected for an international. competition, you will be required to undergo more intensive customized team training to ensure the team is best prepared.
Can I join RCCT and another student group?
Is there a fee to join the team?
What types of competitions does RCCT do?
The team mainly focuses on business strategy case competitions. However, we have also done Finance, Human Resources, Accounting, and Marketing cases in the past.
Can upper years join RCCT?
Yes. Upper years can apply in the March Hiring Cycle, and only upper years who have joined the CIT program can apply in September.
Can I join if I don’t have any case competition experience?
Yes. Although having relevant case competition experience is an asset, it is not a requirement to join the team. Members will be trained well for competitions.
Are there requirements for the academic transcript?
Upper years are required to submit a non-official transcript (found on Acorn). Incoming first years are not required to submit transcripts. There are no GPA cut-offs.
What are some best ways to prepare for RCCT interviews or case competitions in general?
Participate in case competitions, watch winning case competitions online, keep up with the news, and brush up on powerpoint and excel skills.
